Why We’re Doing This
At B.E.S.T. (Building Equity, Sustainable Transformation), we believe in truly seeing people. In every neighborhood, there are stories of strength that go unnoticed—single mothers doing it alone, elderly neighbors living on memories and fixed incomes, veterans who’ve served with honor but live without comfort.

We’ve partnered with Flash Love and our youth leadership programs—Junior Warrior Training (JWT) and The Spartan Challenge—to give a roof, and so much more.

This campaign was founded by Andrey, a contractor and mentor who has trained and equipped youth for over 15 years through skilled trades, character-building, and leadership development. Alongside him is Marissa, a veteran contractor with over 20 years of experience.
Once a homeless mother herself, Marissa now serves with compassion and a mission to restore dignity and connection through community impact.
Together, they created this campaign to:
